產(chǎn)品描述
The TCS972X have a high gain-bandwidth product of 11MHz, a slewrate of 9Vlus, and a quiescent current of 1.imA peramplifier at 5V. The TCS972X are designed to provide optimal performance in low voltage and low noise systems. They providerall-to-rall output swing into heavy loads. The input common mode voltage range includes ground, and the maximum inpuoffset voltage is 3.5mV for TcS972X. They are specifed over the extended industrial temperature range (-40’℃ to +125’C). Theoperating range is from 2.1v to 5.5v. The RcS9721 single is available in Green Sc70-5, SOT23-5 and SoP-8 packages. TheTCS9722 dual is avalable in GreenSOP-8 .MSOP-8,TSSOP-8 and DFN2*2-8 packages, The TcS9724 Quad is avallable inGreen SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
