Product Description
TCP4056E是一款1A線性鋰電池充電電路，采用涓流/恒流/恒壓充電方式。充電電壓設(shè)定為4.2V，充電電流可通過外部電阻設(shè)定。當(dāng)電池電壓達(dá)到設(shè)置值后，充電電流降至設(shè)定值的1/10時，TCP4056E 停止充電，芯片進(jìn)入待機(jī)模式。當(dāng)去除電源后，TCP4056E自動進(jìn)入低功耗待機(jī)狀態(tài)。
