TCS9232B是一款低壓側(cè)過壓保護芯片，芯片最高耐壓高達 30V，同時集成了 30 毫歐的低內(nèi)阻開關NMOS，可以很大程度降低輸入壓降并降低內(nèi)部損耗與發(fā)熱，芯片的過壓保護值可以通過外部電阻靈活設置，外圍應用電路非常簡單。TCS9232B采用的封裝形式為 SOT23-6。
