TCS9233是一款低壓側(cè)過壓保護(hù)芯片，芯片最高耐壓高達(dá) 33V，同時集成了 25 毫歐的低內(nèi)阻開關(guān)NMOS，可以很大程度降低輸入壓降并降低內(nèi)部損耗與發(fā)熱，芯片的過壓保護(hù)值可以通過外部電阻靈活設(shè)置，外圍應(yīng)用電路非常簡單。TCS9233采用的封裝形式為SOT23-6。
