Product Description
The TCS9263 is a low voltage, high performance singleN-MOSFET power switch, designed for power rail on/offcontrol with low Ros(om=70mQ and full protection functions.The TCS9263 equipped with a charge pump circuitry to drivethe internal MoSFETswitch and a flag outputis availableto indicate fault conditions aqainst large di/dthich maycause the supply to fall out of requlation. In order to fitdifferent application, an lSET pin is offered for current limitpoint setting,a resistor from ISET to ground sets thecurent limit for the switch.
Additional features include soft-start to limit inrushcurent during plug-in,thermal shutdown to preventcatastrophic switch failure from high-current loads, Outputanti back irriaation Protection whether CE pin is connectedGND or VN.under-voltaae lockout (UVlO) to ensure thatthe device remains off unless there isa valid input voltagepresent, a predsion resistor-programmable output curenlimit up to 3.5A. Besides, the lower quiescent current as40uA making this device ideal for portable battery-operatedequipment.
The TCS9263 is available in SoT23 -5l package reguiring minimum board space and smallestcomponents.
